Director, Lt. Colonel Michael Scuteri, Ret. & ​Director, Contract Administration, Crowley Logistics, Incorporated (CLI), Crowley Maritime
Retired in February 2017, Michael (Mike) Scuteri is currently employed by Crowley Logistics, Incorporated (CLI) – the Land Transportation Corporation supporting the parent company Crowley Maritime, located in Jacksonville, Florida. LTC Michael Scuteri, Ret. is the Director of Contract Administration and is primarily responsible for the contract management and execution of the TRANSCOM Defense Freight Transportation Services (DFTS) contract – a 6.2 billion-dollar contract. Secondary roles include sub-contract management, business development, and proposal management as necessary. He serves as a key member of the DFTS Program Management Office at CLI.
LTC Michael Scuteri, Ret. received his U.S. Army commission upon graduating from Eastern Illinois University in 1993. He has served in leadership and staff positions at the Division, Brigade, Battalion, and Company levels in his 23 plus years of active military service. LTC Scuteri, Ret. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University, a Masters of Science Degree in Education from Eastern Illinois University, and a Masters of Science Degree in Program and Contract Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.

His military education includes the Adjutant General’s Corps Officer's Basic and Advance Courses, the U.S. Army Command and General Staff Course, and Army Pre-Command Course. He is member of the Defense Acquisition Workforce certified in Contracting and Program Management.

He is married to his lovely wife, Helen, and together they have four children. They reside in St. John’s, Florida.​​​​​
