Dr. Prince is Co-founder and CEO, Virion Systems, Inc. He received an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree from Dixie State University in St. George, Utah (Valedictorian, 1967), a D.D.S. degree from UCLA (Valedictorian, 1973), and a Ph.D. in Pathology from UCLA (1975). After fifteen years of research at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland, he co-founded Virion Systems, Inc. to commercialize his research discoveries.

The primary focus of his research career has been respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), the primary cause of infant pneumonia throughout the world. His dissertation project at UCLA led to the development of Synagis®, the standard of care for preventing RSV pneumonia in high-risk infants.

He has authored over 150 scientific papers and holds three United States Patents. Dr. Prince and his wife are Co-founders, Madison House Autism Foundation, a Maryland-based 501(c)(3) public charity whose mission is to address the lifespan needs of adults with Autism.
